The ring...

Rings are like Mountains they never photograph as lovely as they are in person.

Here are a couple photos of my ring. I wish I could have gotten a photo of it out in the sun, because that's when it really sparkles. I've now heard of several different people with the sapphire and diamond combo for their engagement rings. Apparently it's a popular combo with the British Royals too. Ooo la la! I told Jesse he did good. He chose sapphire because he knows I'm not into the typical diamond rings and his birthstone is sapphire. We're pretty much set on getting married next year in September (sapphire is the Sept birthstone), so it really is perfect. We went and got the ring sized yesterday, so now it fits better and I don't have to worry about it slipping off.
